Today, we’re excited to officially introduce the 925plan Internship Program—a new way for growing teams to get work done without the cost, commitment, or risk of traditional hiring.

 

This program is designed for companies that are building, launching, and innovating every day—where the work is urgent, but the need isn’t always full-time or permanent. Instead of filling roles, the 925plan Internship Program focuses on advancing the business through vetted, coached interns who are ready to contribute from day one.



We’re proud to share that our first client is Kent Hospitality Group, a New York–based hospitality platform behind some of the city’s most acclaimed restaurants and venues.

Your 925plan Internship Program

Built for operators who need talent — not overhead.

 

We define the Work

Tell us what needs to move forward — marketing, operations, research, outreach, content, systems.  We turn it into a structured 40-hour project with clear deliverables and outcomes.

 

You meet Prepared Talent

We introduce vetted, coached interns who are screened for reliability, communication, and follow-through — not just resumes.

 

You start with a Project

Engagement begins with a 40-hour project so you can evaluate performance through actual work — not interviews.  If it works, you can expand. If it doesn’t, you’ve still made progress.

 

Investment 

  • $99 one-time activation

  • 40-hour minimum project engagement

  • $35–$40/hour

  • Minimum total investment: $1,499

 How It Works (Simple)

925plan manages selection, preparation, coaching, and compensation.
