When I first entered the job market, I thought I didn’t have the skills to compete. As a first-generation student from a single-parent household, paying my way through college on loans, I assumed career intel was something other people had.

 

Over time, I realized these skills aren’t inherited like wealth. The job market is tough — and many people are paying four to five figures for coaching just to stay ahead.
