This week’s featured candidate: Isabella Cipriano

 

Isabella is a Cornell graduate currently working in quality control within a laboratory environment supporting production, where she plays a hands-on role in ensuring product integrity and improving operational processes.  Isabella brings a rare combination of laboratory rigor and hands-on operational experience, with a demonstrated ability to improve processes and drive efficiency in production environments. She brings this experience to life through a range of hands-on contributions, including:


  • Streamlining workflows and identifying inefficiencies, contributing to measurable reductions in cycle time

  • Implementing and refining SOPs in collaboration with cross-functional teams, driving a 45% increase in operational efficiency

  • Training and supporting team members to uphold rigorous quality and performance standards

  • Leveraging tools like Excel and Shopify to improve inventory accuracy, reporting, and day-to-day operations


Through both her current role and her experience supporting a growing retail operation, Isabella has developed a practical understanding of how systems, people, and processes intersect to drive results. She is now looking to transition into a business operations role within the life sciences field where she can apply her analytical mindset, attention to detail, and hands-on experience to support scalable growth.
