As a Management student with an accounting background, I’ve always been interested in understanding how businesses operate from both financial and operational perspectives. I’m especially drawn to the systems, processes, and strategies that allow organizations to function efficiently and grow sustainably.

This summer, I will be interning in operations at Fidelity Investments, an opportunity that aligns with my interest in working behind the scenes to support large-scale organizational success. Securing this internship before joining 925plan reinforced my long-term interest in operations and strategic management, and I’m excited to continue developing those skills in a real-world setting.

Being a 925plan intern, I’ve been helping explore ways we can use data to better track student growth and measure real impact. We are actively developing systems to compare pre- and post-coaching knowledge, skill development, and employer feedback to demonstrate how preparation translates into internship readiness. We are also discussing ways to track placement rates, employer satisfaction, onboarding progress, and overall skill competency to better understand which training methods are most effective and where we can continue to improve.

My advice to students is to start early, stay consistent, and take initiative, even when opportunities feel intimidating, and trust me, they will feel intimidating. The right opportunities often come from preparation, persistence, and the willingness to step outside your comfort zone. I am so excited to continue my work and development with 925plan!
